Can I book kitchen removal on its own?
Yes — we quote kitchen removal as its own job if that's all you need. Most of the time it's bundled into the fixed quote for a new kitchen install, but a standalone strip-out is no problem.
What's included in kitchen removal?
Removal of old cabinets, benchtops and splashback, capping off plumbing and electrical points so the space is safe, and disposal of everything removed. The site is left ready for the new kitchen to go in.
Who disconnects the plumbing, gas and electrical before removal?
Disconnecting and capping plumbing, gas and electrical must legally be done by a licensed plumber or electrician. We coordinate this as part of the job and can recommend trusted trades we work with.
How long does a kitchen strip-out take?
A standard kitchen strip-out and disposal usually takes half a day to a full day, depending on size and access. You'll get a firm timeframe with your fixed quote.
